Step 1: Go to Add New Product
From the left menu, click Products → Add New Product.
You’ll see two tabs: Basic and Advanced.
Step 2: Basic Setup
Fill in the basic details of your product.
A) Product Name is the product title or very short description.
B) Description is the section that can be used to add additional details about the product (features, ingredients, benefits).
If you have these details already published somewhere else, example: website, other marketplace, etc... you can copy & paste directly into the description. Most of the formatting will also be kept.
General Setup
Category & Subcategory: select the best match to help your products be found by customers.
Product Type the primary purpose is to direct your products to either the general public or to a retail / resell buyer.
Physical - Consumer Product and Produce. Retailers and other wholesale buyers can always purchase directly or inquire about larger volume orders, prices or discounts can be applied when invoicing or by providing a coupon.
Digital - optional for experiences.
Wholesale - should be used when product is strictly for retailers. This is not meant for sale to the general public.
Product SKU: Auto generate or add your own SKU code. A Stock Keeping Unit is a code assigned by a business to a specific product to track, analyze, and manage its inventory.
Unit: Specify measurement you measure your product in (ex: lbs, kg, "pc" pieces, oz, etc...)
Unit Value: is the size of the package or use 1 if it's sold by weight. A Minimum Order Qty is set under pricing.
Search Tags: keywords to improve searchability.
📸 Images:
Upload a Product Thumbnail (1000x1000 px), this is the primary image that showcases what you are selling.
Upload Additional Images allows you to add additional images that allows the buyers to explore more.
💲 Pricing:
Unit Price: Enter the selling price.
Minimum Order Qty – Set the minimum quantity customers must buy. An example would be if a Producer sell produce by the pound, and the minimum order is 20lbs or 450lbs.
Current Stock Qty – Enter available stock.
Step 3: Advanced Setup
Other Pricing
Add Discount (flat $ amount or a percentage %), this will automatically discount your Unit Price ($).

Delivery
Select a Delivery Option or use default. Click Change to change Delivery Profile.
Edit will take you to Edit Delivery Profile under Business Settings, see shipping setup Guide to learn more.
Warning: you may lose changes you've made if you click Edit. Best practice would be to Save your product changes. Then go to Business Section > Business Settings > Edit Delivery Profile.
Enter product weight & dimensions to calculate shipping. Make sure to include packaging materials and minimum size box to ship item.
If a customer buys more than 1 product, the amount will use the setup for the additional product(s) to auto calculate the shipping costs.
Preview Postage Cost select dropdown and select various major cities across the country to understand how the Delivery setup will impact the price for shipping.
Product Variations
Select variations or attributes (e.g., size, flavor, packaging, harvest dates) allowing you to expand details of the product and add additional SKUs to better manage inventory levels and add pricing changes.
Product Video
Add a YouTube video link (use embed link, not direct).
SEO Section
This is pre-populated, but you can also edit / customize.
Meta Title & Description – Helps with search engine ranking.
Meta Image – Upload a thumbnail for SEO sharing.
Choose indexing preferences (Index/No Index).
Step 4: Save & Publish
Save – Keeps as draft.
Save and Publish – Makes product live on your store.

Always double-check your pricing, stock, and shipping details before publishing.
Save as you go to help not lose any changes in progress.
