My name is James Wall, and I’m a fourth-generation grain farmer from Eastern Washington. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share why we built FarmToYou.
Several years ago, I set out to bring our grains directly to consumers. We grew specialty varieties like triticale and rye for the malting, distilling, and craft milling industries across the Pacific Northwest. As many of you know, doing this is easier said than done. There are countless moving parts, and at some point, you realize it's simply not possible to wear every hat, there just aren’t enough hours in the day.
