Step 1: Open Shipping Settings

From your dashboard, go to Business Settings.

Click Shipping Methods tabs.

How to Configure Shipping Labels
Step 2: Enter Your Label Information
Fill out the following details in your Dispatching from section carefully - these are used to estimate shipping costs as well as used to pre-fill your shipping labels:

Name – Your business or sender name.

Address – Full return address (include ZIP code).

Phone Number – A contact number for carriers.

Step 3: Choose Your Label Type
Select the label format that works best for your printer or courier service.

Step 4: Save Your Dispatch and Label Preferences
Click Save in top right section to confirm and lock in your Label Preferences.
Step 5: Setting up Delivery Profiles
Business Settings > Shipping methods, scroll down to Delivery Profiles.
Select "Add Profile "

Step 6: Postage Prices
There are two drop down options to select from:

"Let us calculate them or enter fixed prices yourself" allows you to select shipping options across various carriers with competitive rates.

"I'll enter fixed prices manually" is the option to use if you want to customize your own shipping or pickup options. Great option if you have pre-negotiated shipping rates, have a pickup option, or want to negotiate separately.

What to consider when deciding your Postage Prices :
How you want to charge for shipping?

Weight-based (fairer for heavier items)

Flat rate (simple, same price every time)
Free shipping is great for boosting sales, but only recommended for Flat Rate shipping options. If you do Weight-Based, pay close attention to what delivery services you select.
Validate Unit Price under Product(s)carefully.
Where you’ll ship?

Nationwide

International (factor in customs and extra costs)
Step 7: General Profile Information

Profile name : is internal to serve as a reminder for you. Recommended to describe enough that will be helpful when assigning the best delivery profile during product setup.

Origin zip code: this should reflect the same zip code as your dispatching address to ensure accuracy in shipping calculations and labels.

Processing Time: this is communicated to your customers to set expectations on how long it may take you to process & delivery orders. We recommend selecting or setting a realistic time for you and your team.
- Custom Range allows you to set a range by # of days or weeks.
Step 8: Delivery Services
"Let us calculate them or enter fixed prices yourself"
We have provided multi-carrier shipping software platform that provides competitive rates your customers can chose from when making a purchase. The software will use the details provided in the Product Setup > Advance > Delivery section to automatically provide customer with 3 best options.
Select which carries you want to work with and shipping services. "Select All" or chose which services you want to provide.
- Free Delivery (optional) this is not recommended, but if you chose, you can provide "Free Domestic Delivery" by checking✅ the box in the bottom section.

"I'll enter fixed prices manually"
Letting you customize your own options such as: Pick-up, Delivery Negotiated Separately, Fixed Price you may have independently negotiated with a Carrier, etc...
Delivery Services:

Pickup: customer is responsible for picking up, Producer must provide instructions.

Local Carrier: pre-negotiated rate(s) with Carrier(s).

Other: any other option not clearly classified as Pickup or Local Carrier
What you will Charge:

Free Delivery: if included, or negotiated separately (for wholesale sales only).

Fixed Price: pre-negotiated rates.
Step 9: Finalize Delivery Profile
Once you are satisfied, click "Update Profile." Now your profile is ready to apply to the Products you have available to your customers.
